Kangqiao provides information and non-clinical coordination. Licensed hospitals and clinicians make all medical decisions. Travel services are provided under the responsible provider’s own contract and terms.

Information and permission
The first inquiry asks for limited general information. Medical records or other sensitive information require an appropriate process and permission before they are shared with a hospital or service provider.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, withdrawal, deletion or complaint handling, subject to identity checks and information that must be retained by law or for an active service.
Prices and changes
Check the charging provider, currency, included items, validity period and cancellation terms in current written documents before paying. Medical, Kangqiao and travel charges may be separate.
