MEDICAL CARE IN CHINA

Considering care in China? Ask a hospital before you book.

Tell us about the diagnosis or health goal, what records you already have and when you may travel. We can explain what to prepare, ask a relevant hospital whether it can review your case, and help you understand the practical next steps.

WHY KANGQIAO

Why choose Kangqiao for medical care in China?

Arranging care abroad is about more than finding a hospital. It means keeping information, consent, timing, services and responsibilities aligned at every step. Kangqiao puts patients at the centre, connecting hospitals, travel providers and professional services so that important details stay documented, traceable and clearly confirmed.

01

Coordinated, well-documented information

Your enquiry, consents, record versions, provider replies and next steps are kept in one controlled process, so patients and providers always work from the same up-to-date information.

02

Coordination across borders

We focus on the non-medical side of arranging care in China, helping patients reach hospitals, licensed travel providers and professional services. Each provider works within its own qualifications, contracts and responsibilities.

03

Clarity before commitment

Clear steps and checkpoints help us manage consent, handovers and changes, reducing the risk of missing information, differing expectations or unclear responsibilities.

We make sure the important details are agreed before you commit.

Who is responsible, what you will receive, when it will be confirmed, who charges for each item and who to contact if plans change — all of this is made clear before key decisions and kept up to date throughout your journey.

You do not need to understand every medical term before contacting us. Start with what you want help with, what records you have and when you may travel.

THE RIGHT HOSPITAL COMES FIRST

Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing or elsewhere depends on what fits your case

We first consider your condition or health goal, the relevant department, the hospital's response and practical travel needs. No city is the default. Once the hospital and city are clear, we can help coordinate interpretation, local transport, accommodation information and hospital directions.

YOUR FIRST FOUR STEPS

What happens after you contact us?

You remain free to stop after any early information step. Nothing is sent to a hospital without the required permission.

  1. 01

    Send a short description

Tell us the condition or health goal, the types of records you have and your preferred language. Do not paste a full medical report into the first form.

  2. 02

    Receive a record checklist

A coordinator explains which information is needed next and, if medical records are required, how to share them through the appropriate process.

  3. 03

    Wait for the hospital response

The hospital decides whether it can review or accept the case. It may ask questions or say that the requested service is not suitable.

  4. 04

Review costs and plans before booking

Ask who charges each item, what is included, when the quotation expires and what can be cancelled before confirming travel.

COSTS

Will I receive one total price?

Usually, medical charges, Kangqiao coordination fees and third-party travel services come from different providers. We help you identify who charges each item and which written terms apply.

TRAVEL

When should I book flights?

Wait until the hospital response, appointment availability, likely stay and relevant payment or cancellation terms are clear. Visa decisions remain with the responsible government authority.

NOT SURE WHICH OPTION FITS?

A short, general description is enough to begin.

The first form does not ask for your passport number or a complete medical record.
