Planning care in China involves three connected timelines with different decision makers. The hospital decides whether it will assess the case and when an appointment may be available. The responsible authority decides a visa. Airlines and accommodation providers control travel services. Kangqiao can coordinate information but cannot guarantee any of those decisions.

A safer sequence is to obtain the hospital's willingness to continue and a realistic time window, then check the official visa requirements that apply to your nationality and circumstances. If a hospital document is required, confirm its purpose, issue conditions and preparation time. Do not use expired or inconsistent material.

Put application, possible additional documents, processing, appointment and travel into one timeline with a buffer. If an appointment is unusually close, ask whether it can move instead of buying an expensive non-refundable flight to force every other step to fit. Before a visa is granted, understand the cancellation exposure of every booking.

After visa issuance, reconfirm the hospital date, location, registration requirements and likely stay. If permitted stay and hospital expectations do not fit, address this before departure rather than assuming an extension will be available after entry. Companions must check requirements for their own identity and purpose.

Requirements can change, so rely on the current official information published by the relevant Chinese embassy, consulate, visa service or authority. Medical coordination is practical support, not immigration or legal advice. If care is urgent, seek local medical help first rather than delaying necessary treatment while waiting for international travel documents.
